Colorful USA Buses

One thing is for sure...Tour bus company owners are creative. What better way to have someone remember your name out there than with a great paint job. Here on this page, I am going to show some of the nicer paint schemes that are out there. I put a lot of photos on this page simply because there are so many great paint jobs to see, and I have only begun to make a dent on the paint schemes.

Enjoy them!

The next 5 pictures are of one of the new VanHool double deck buses. The driver was really a great guy, and let me snoop around in the bus, and was telling me a few things... Check this out...

Here it is pulling into Arlington Cemeterys parking area.

Yep...Headlight washers...

From the front, its a sweet bus. A bit higher than the DL3 I have, but surprisingly, not as much as you would think. VanHool reconfigured the baggage area into seating, and the baggage area is now in the back. The driver says the bus is great for sightseeing, but for extended tours, may not be the greatest due to the baggage fact.

This is the second floor, complete with the glass roof. The coach holds 82 people, and has one bathroom...on the first floor.

These are the seats on the top level, in the front. He said he loves watching the camera when he's coming to a overpass. Yeah, I probably would

Much more on the way!

There are so many colorful buses out there it may very well lead to a second page!
